Wholesale supplies are structured for high-capacity distribution. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary depending on fish species, size grading, and packaging requirements. Specific volume thresholds and availability are outlined in official Proforma Invoices or direct quotations from our sales desk.

Prices, availability, freight estimates, and commercial conditions are valid strictly within the time period specified on the official Proforma Invoice. Market fluctuations and seasonal availability may require reconfirmation after validity expiration.

Submission of an inquiry, order request, or purchase requirement does not automatically constitute acceptance by Wahab Fisheries. Orders become commercially confirmed only after product availability, specifications, pricing, payment terms, and other applicable conditions have been mutually agreed and confirmed in writing.

Product availability may vary depending on species, season, farming cycles, harvest conditions, and commercial demand. Final product specifications, including species, size range, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements, are subject to mutual confirmation before dispatch.

Operating from our aquaculture operations in Bogra, Bangladesh, shipments are coordinated to maintain cold-chain integrity and optimal transit efficiency. Delivery, transport responsibilities, and applicable Incoterms, where agreed, will be specified in the relevant quotation, Proforma Invoice, purchase agreement, or final commercial contract.

Buyers or their authorized representatives are encouraged to inspect shipments upon receipt. Any discrepancies regarding weight, grade, or packaging must be formally reported within the agreed inspection window stated in the final trade agreement to facilitate prompt resolution.

Neither party will be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable contractual terms and prompt communication between the parties.

These Terms of Trade provide general commercial guidance. Where a Proforma Invoice, purchase agreement, sales contract, or other written commercial document contains transaction-specific terms, those agreed terms will apply to that particular transaction.
