Payment & Pre-Payment Policy

Secure, transparent, and structured transaction processes designed for wholesale and international fisheries trade.

Commitment & Verification

Advance deposits serve as confirmation of serious intent, allowing us to immediately reserve stock and schedule live harvesting.

Logistics Preparation

Upfront funds directly support specialized cold-chain preparation, thermal ice box packing, and appropriate logistics arrangements.

Secure Payment Channels

All payments are processed securely via official company payment instructions and verified banking channels.

Standard Order & Payment Workflow

1
Quotation & Confirmation

Buyer submits a quote request; upon agreement on species, quantity, and delivery destination, a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued.

2
Advance Deposit

Buyer transfers the agreed advance deposit to lock in the order, fund specialized ice box packing, and initiate harvesting.

3
Order Preparation & Documentation

Fish are harvested, prepared and packed according to applicable product requirements and mutually agreed handling procedures.

4
Final Balance & Dispatch

Remaining balance is paid prior to final dispatch against shipping documents or mutually agreed terms.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms generally require an advance deposit of 30%–50%. However, final payment terms may vary depending on order value, destination country, product requirements, logistics arrangements, buyer verification, and mutually agreed contract terms.

Authorized Payment Channels

Wahab Fisheries will provide official payment instructions for each confirmed order. Buyers should not send funds to unauthorized personal accounts or third parties claiming to represent Wahab Fisheries. Always verify payment instructions through official company communication before transferring funds.

Bank Charges & Currency

Bank Charges: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, buyers are responsible for applicable bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, and other transaction costs associated with international payments.

Currency & Invoices: All prices, currencies, payment schedules, and banking instructions will be clearly stated in the relevant Proforma Invoice, quotation, or mutually agreed commercial documentation.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted before harvesting, processing, or order-specific preparation begins. Once live harvesting, specialized packaging, processing, logistics preparation, or other order-specific costs have commenced, applicable expenses may be deducted from any refundable amount. Refund eligibility and final settlement will be reviewed according to the specific order status and mutually agreed terms.

SECURITY NOTICE
Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

Wahab Fisheries will never request payment through unofficial social media accounts, unverified personal accounts, or unauthorized third parties. Buyers should independently verify any changes to banking details through official company communication before transferring funds.

If you receive suspicious payment instructions claiming to represent Wahab Fisheries, please contact us through our official website or verified company contact channels before making any payment.

Proforma Invoice Validity & Notice

Each Proforma Invoice may include a validity period. Prices, availability, freight estimates, and other commercial terms may require reconfirmation after the validity period expires. Final commercial terms are confirmed through the official quotation, Proforma Invoice and/or agreement.
